About Me
Fresh Start Family Therapy Services was established in 2018 by owner and sole proprietor Bridget J. Lark, LMFT. I am a licensed marriage and family therapist practicing for over 19 years in Camden and Gloucester Counties in New Jersey. I have over 25 years experience in the mental health field as a social worker, case manager and mental health clinician. My education includes a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Master of Family Therapy from Drexel University. I am a Camden City native and first-generation college graduate. It is my passion to give hope and encouragement to others while leaving a little sparkle where ever I go.

My therapeutic style is integrative utilizing the various models of Family Therapy including Brief Solution Focused, Structural Family Therapy, Contextual, Symbolic Experiential, Bowen and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy while incorporating spirituality when applicable. We are all a “Work in Progress” fulfilling our own destiny on this journey of life.

Providing confidential individual, couple, family therapy, in person and virtual. Additional Services provided include consulting, mentoring, clinical supervision, workshops, training, seminars, Groups for Grief and Loss, Women/Men Issues, and Building Self Esteem.

RATES and INSURANCE INFORMATION
Private Pay rate: $140-$300 per 50-minute session
I accept cash in exact change only, Cash App, Zelle, Venmo or debit/credit card.
Sliding scale may be available in cases of financial hardship. Such arrangements are considered on a case by case basis.
We accept most insurances including Horizon BCBS, Aetna, BCBS, Independence, IBX, AmeriHealth, Keystone, Cigna, and Omnia. I cannot guarantee that your insurance will reimburse your time in therapy. If I am not an approved provider with your insurance carrier, or your insurance has failed to pay for services rendered, you are responsible for payment including unpaid balances.
Cancellation Policy: 24 hours notice is required when canceling an appointment. If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be required to pay a $30 fee.
